Manor Farm, Tredington

Manor Farmhouse and its associated farm buildings were acquired by property developers who appointed us to obtain a Planning Permission for the development of the farmyard.

The development included a conversion of a grade II timber frame barn, cow byre and the development of some new private houses. The timber frame farmhouse was sold to a private client who subsequently carried out extensive repairs under our direction.

The new build and barn conversions were carried out to designs and working drawings prepared by Nick Joyce Architects.
