Cobweb cottage is a grade II listed 17th century thatched cottage. In 2012 when we commenced work the property has recently been purchased from Auction. It stood as a very tired two up, two down cottage with a detached single garage in the middle of a field. Planning Permission and Listed Building Consent was gained for a large family room/kitchen on the rear, a detached annexe to house a home office and store and more recently for a detached carport.
The cottage has been subjected to extensive timber frame repairs and sympathetic fitting out of the building and now provides a cosy family home with modern comforts.
