Firs House

Firs House is a large timber framed house built originally in the mid-16th century and enlarged in the 18th century.

In November 2006, the roof and one room were extensively damaged by a fire. The rebuilt roof was designed to show the form and members of the original 16th century roof with its 18th century alteration.
